** Alternative asset manager Pershing Square's PS.N stock jumps 7.49% to $58.98
** Jefferies raises PT to $58 from $38 and maintains its "hold" rating 
** Says performance-based fees expected to climb through next year
     ** Nine of 10 brokerages rate the stock "buy" or higher and one rates it "hold"; median PT is $42, according to data compiled by LSEG
** Stock trading at 64.03 times expected EPS over the next 12 months, well above the industry median of 10.97
** As of last close, PS up 145.4% since its IPO in April
