In accordance with UKLR 6.4.9R, Pershing Square Holdings, Ltd. (LN:PSH)
(LN:PSHD) today notes that PSH Board member Halit Coussin is a director of
Pershing Square Inc. (NYSE: PS) which became a publicly quoted company
following the commencement of trading of its shares on the New York Stock
Exchange on 29 April 2026 and the closing of its initial public offering on 30
April 2026.

Halit Coussin remains a non-independent non-executive director of PSH.
