Persimmon Plc (the "Company")

 

Director/PDMR Shareholding

 

 

On 26 May 2026 Dean Finch, Group Chief Executive, purchased 60,000 shares in
the Company into his personal pension (at a price of £11.1907 per share), and
sold 60,000 shares in the Company held in his name (at a price of £11.19 per
share).

 

Following these transactions, Dean Finch's shareholding has not changed and
remains at 84,213 shares in the Company.
