Total Voting Rights

Petra Diamonds Limited announces that in accordance with its obligations under
the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules (the                     
"DTRs"                    ), as at 31 December 2025, the Company's share
capital consists of 335,420,793 Ordinary Shares of 0.05 pence each in issue
with voting rights, none of which are held in treasury.

The figure 335,420,793 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for any
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the DTRs.
