Petra Diamonds Limited announces in accordance with LR9.6.14(R) that Ms Varda
Shine, Senior Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, was appointed
as an independent non-executive director of Anglo Pacific Group Plc with
effect from 23 August 2021.
