    ** Co to sell stake in Williamson Diamonds Limited (WDL) to
Pink Diamonds for $16 mln
    ** Says it is preferable for WDL to come under consolidated
ownership
    ** Adds deal is in the best interests of Petra and WDL
    ** Completion of disposal expected to occur during Q1 of
2025
    ** PDL down ~5% YTD
