Brief: Total to sell non-core UK assets to Petrogas

July 10 (Reuters) - Total TOTF.PA statement:
* Total says has agreed to divest several non-core assets in
the
UK to Petrogas NEO UK Ltd, the exploration and production arm of
the Oman-based conglomerate MB Holding.
* Total says overall consideration for the deal is $635 mln
* Petrogas has partnered with Norway-based private equity
HitecVision for the deal
