Petrobras' third-quarter oil and gas output rises 12% from a year earlier SAO PAULO, Oct 28 (Reuters) - Brazilian state-run oil firm Petrobras PETR4.SA on Wednesday reported total oil, gas and gas liquids production of 3.51 million barrels of oil equivalent per day in the third quarter, up 11.7% from a year earlier.
