** Shares of Pharming Group PHAR.AS jump around 9% to
their highest since May after it reported positive results in
pediatric clinical trial of its investigational drug leniolisib
** The trial was evaluating leniolisib in children aged
4 to 11 years with activated phosphoinositide 3-kinase delta
syndrome (APDS), a rare primary immunodeficiency
** These results will support regulatory filings worldwide
in 2025, unlocking a part of the remaining around 25% of all
APDS patients not yet eligible for therapy, Kempen says in a
note
** "Once approved, we expect a bolus of these patients to
get on paid therapy early into the launch," the broker says
** Jefferies adds that the data supports its peak sales
estimate of $340 million for the drug
** If gains hold, shares will see their best day in seven
months
