** Shares in Dutch biopharmaceutical company Pharming Group PHAR.AS plunge 15.6% after the firm reports a first-quarter revenue decrease driven by declining Ruconest sales
** Van Lanschot Kempen says the results outcome was "negative"
** Ruconest sales declined by 15% to $58.4 mln due to anticipated inventory build-up, exiting non-US markets, and competitive market dynamics, the broker says
** Sales of Ruconest, an injectable treatment for attacks of hereditary angioedema, constituted 80% of total group sales of 72.4 million euros in Q1
** "Despite these dynamics, Pharming maintains its FY'26 guidance... however Joenja acceleration of uptake is needed to maintain this target," Kempen notes
** Shares on track for their worst day since February 2026, when they dropped 16.4% lower
** If losses hold, Pharming Group shares have been down by 17.4% YTD
