Europe Distillates-Diesel profit margins hold steady

LONDON, Oct 22 (Reuters) - Diesel refining profit margins were little changed on Thursday as regional inventories were also steady.
Low-sulphur gasoil futures LGOc1 traded at $76.41 a barrel above Brent crude futures LCOc1 by 1640 GMT, just 9 cents higher than the previous close.
Gasoil stocks independently held in the Amsterdam-Rotterdam-Antwerp (ARA) refining and storage hub were little changed at 1.78 million metric tons, data from Dutch consultancy Insights Global showed on Thursday.
Jet fuel stocks, meanwhile, fell 6.6% to 461,000 tons.
US crude and gasoline stocks fell in the week ended October 16, while distillate inventories rose, the US Energy Information Administration said, with the most recent data reflecting the impact of Hurricane Isaias. EIA/S
EU-27 and UK diesel and gasoil imports are on track to average about 969,000 barrels per day so far in October, Kpler data showed, compared with an average of 773,000 bpd for the whole of September.
