** Shares of PI Industries Ltd  PIIL.NS  fall as much as
2.64% to 3,105.55 rupees, lowest since April 18
    ** Slide comes after 50,258 shares of agro-chemicals maker
change hands in two blocks as of 2:12 p.m. IST, at a price range
of 3,143.95 rupees and 3,145.60 rupees - Refinitiv data
    ** Trading volume at 231,950 shares as of 2:12 p.m. IST,
0.8x the 30-day avg 
    ** Of the 24 analysts tracking PIIL, 19 maintain "buy", one
suggests "sell" and four recommend "hold"; median PT is 3,690
rupees
