** Shares of agri-sciences company PI Industries Ltd  PIIL.NS  falls as much
as 4.03% to 2,935 rupees, their lowest since July 20 
    ** The stock sees its biggest intraday pct loss since Sept. 23, on track for
a second cosecutive session of losses 
    ** On Friday, promoter offloaded 1 mln shares of the co for 3.15 bln rupees
($38.61 million) via open market transactions (https://bityl.co/Ei0L)
    ** The shares were sold at an avg price of 3,150 rupees per share 
    ** About 144,705 shares traded vs the 30-day avg of 216,531 shares 
    ** 19 out of 25 analysts rate PIIL "buy" or "strong buy"; 1 strong sell; 6
hold; their median PT is 3,372 rupees 
    ** As of last close, PIIL stock up 0.79% YTD
