** ASX-listed shares of Piedmont Lithium  PLL.AX  rise as
much as 2.2% to A$0.685, set to jump most since Aug 30, if gains
hold
    ** Lithium miner says Minerals Income Investment Fund of
Ghana (MIIF) will invest $27.9 mln to acquire a 6% stake in
Ewoyaa Lithium Project in Ghana
    ** MIIF will also subscribe to about 3% of partner co
Atlantic Lithium  A11.AX  for $5 mln 
    ** PLL up 3.9% YTD as of last close
