Pinewood Technologies Group PLC ("Pinewood.AI" or the "Company")
Directorate Changes
Pinewood Technologies Group PLC, a leading cloud-based full-service
technology provider to automotive retailers and OEMs, announces the following
changes to its Board of Directors.
Both Brian Small and George Hines have informed the Board that they will not
be seeking re-election at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting ("AGM") on
Wednesday, 24 June 2026, and will stand down from their roles as Non-Executive
Directors with immediate effect.
The Board wishes to thank Brian and George for their contributions to
Pinewood.AI during a period of significant progress for the business. George
will be joining Pinewood.AI as Chief Product Officer.
The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Tina Miller, Senior Vice
President and Chief Financial Officer of Lithia & Driveway ("Lithia"), to
the Board as a Non-Executive Director with immediate effect. Since joining
Lithia in 2005, Tina has played an instrumental role in driving Lithia's
sector-leading growth and advancing a diverse and inclusive work environment.
Tina brings over 20 years of financial and automotive industry experience to
the Board. The Company is currently searching for an additional
Non-Executive Director, with a further appointment expected in the coming
month.
Following the changes, existing Board Director Chris Holzshu will assume the
role of Chair of the Audit Committee.

There is no information to be disclosed pursuant to UK Listing Rule 6.4.8R in
relation to the appointment of Tina Miller as a Director.
