China's Ping An Insurance eyes $300 million 10-year dollar bond deal, term sheet shows
SYDNEY, Sept 23 (Reuters) - China's Ping An Insurance 601318.SS is planning to issue a 10-year dollar bond to raise $300 million, according to a term sheet reviewed by Reuters on Tuesday. Ping An did not immediately respond to a request for comment from Reuters. Initial price guidance for the bond has been set at about Treasuries plus 130 basis points, the term sheet said.
