    ** Stock marks its biggest ever intraday pct gain
    ** Co says rock chips with elevated rare earth oxides were
found during recently completed drilling campaign at Tambellup
East prospect in Western Australia
    ** About 1.4 mln shares change hands, nearly 16 times the
30-day average
    ** Stock unchanged this year, as of last close
