    ** Lithium explorer enters into binding acquisition
agreements for two uranium projects located in the U.S. and
Namibia
    ** Says both projects boast significant uranium potential,
with substantial exploration upside identified through
historical work
    ** Stock rose as much as 18.6% earlier in the day, marking
its biggest intraday gain since Jan. 14 and hitting its highest
level since July 19
    ** Stock up 12% this year, including day's move
