Nov 2 (Reuters) - Pizu Group Holdings Ltd  8053.HK : 
 * Voluntary announcement memorandum of understanding in relation to the 
acquisition of mining assets  8053.HK  
 * Unit has entered into a memorandum of understanding with a company 
 * Says the group shall pay to the seller an aggregate sum of RMB75 million as 
earnest money 
 * Says earnest money shall be applied towards payment of the consideration for 
the proposed acquisition 
 * Memorandum is not legally binding, it may or may not lead to the entering 
into and/or completion of any formal agreement"
