shares slide 23.2% to 8.9 pence, the second-biggest loser across
London stocks
    ** Co says it will evaluate its London listing as stock
levels have "frustrated" board
    ** To consider other financing and strategic options
including raising non-dilutive capital
    ** Co's operating loss for FY 2022 rose 44.8% to $9.4
million
    ** YTD, stock down about 10%
