Results of General Meeting and Annual General Meeting

Plant Health Care® (AIM.PHC.L), a leading provider of peptides used by
growers to improve crop production and quality within global agriculture
markets, announces that the resolutions put to Shareholders at the General
Meeting and Annual General Meeting of the Company held earlier today were duly
passed by way of a poll.

 

The results of the General Meeting poll were as follows:
