    * Says its Rainbow Technologies unit acquired 420,225 shares 
of the Russia based Joint-Stock Company Global Color for 0.54 
million euros  ($579,744.00) 
    * Says its unit's stake in Global Colors reached 100 
percent, whose 9m 2017 net profit stood at 1.7 million euros
