Australia's Artemis Resources climbs on selling joint venture stake

** Gold-copper explorer Artemis Resources  ARV.AX  rises as
much as 5.6% to A$0.075, their highest since Dec. 17 
    ** Co signs heads of agreement with AIM-listed Alien Metals
 UFO.L  to sell its 70% stake in Munni Munni Joint Venture in
West Pilbara for A$4.9 mln ($3.50 mln) in cash and shares

    ** Says Alien is in process of acquiring rest 30% stake in
the joint venture from gold explorer Platina Resources  PGM.AX  
    ** ARV stock on track for a second consecutive session of
gain
