Resources  PGM.AX  rise as much as 3.7% to A$0.056, their
highest since Feb. 5 
    ** Co says it sold its 6 mln shares in Canada-based miner
and explorer Major Precious Metal Corp  SIZE.CD  for A$2.6 mln

    ** Co says after transaction, it will have 49 mln shares
worth A$23 mln in Major  
    ** Stock on track for a second consecutive session of gains 
    ** Stock down 1.8% this year, as of last close
