* Says it decided to terminate the capital alliance with
Cimpress Investments B. V.(the former Vistaprint Distribution
B.V., CIBV for short)
* Co will repurchase 2.4 million shares (17.34 percent
stake) of co's common stock which are held by CIBV currently
* Co will also transfer entire 49 percent stake in the JV
established with CIBV, to CIBV
