A$0.265, set for worst day since Jan 13, if losses hold 
    ** The mineral explorer secures binding commitments for a
A$1 mln ($678,300.00) placement
    ** Co's shares hit their lowest level since Feb 22
    ** Co also launches share purchase plan raising up to A$1.0
mln
    ** Says placement and share purchase plan is at an issue
price of A$0.25 per share
    ** Issue price is at a discount of 16.7% to stock's last
close 
    ** Co shares down 16.7% YTD, as of last close
