March 3 (Reuters) - Plejd AB PLEJD.ST :
* Says decided to carry out a rights issue and a directed
issue of shares
* Rights issue comprises a maximum of 1,136,700 shares at a
subscription price of 15 crowns
* Fully subscribed rights issue provides the company with
proceeds of about 17.1 million Swedish crowns ($1.90 million)
before issue costs
* In connection with the rights issue carries out a directed
share issue of 435,000 shares, corresponding to 6.5 million
crowns, at the same subscription price
* Total issue amount (rights issue and directed issue)
amounts to about 23.6 million crowns
