** Shares of PLS Group PLS.AX rise as much as 2.8% to A$5.490, hitting their highest level since November 14, 2022

** Lithium miner proposes offering of up to $500 million senior unsecured notes

** Says portion of cash proceeds will be used to refinance part of existing debt facilities

** Says remaining proceeds to be used for general corporate purposes

** Stock has gained nearly 30% this year, including the day's move
