Feb 19 (Reuters) - Australian lithium miner PLS Group PLS.AX swung to a first-half profit on Thursday, driven by higher production and realised prices, while announcing it has approved the resumption of operations at its Ngungaju plant in Western Australia.
The pure-play lithium miner, formerly Pilbara Minerals, reported a first-half net profit after tax of A$33 million ($23.23 million), compared with a loss of A$69 million a year ago.
The Ngungaju plant will resume production in early July 2026, the miner said.
