** Co say its CFO Paul Middleton on Friday had purchased 350,000 shares of Plug in an open market transaction at an average price of $0.7154/ shr, representing a total value of about $250,000

** "This purchase reflects my belief in the company’s financial strength and growth potential" - Paul Middleton

** Including session's move, stock down 61.5% YTD
