Management Ltd and Star Asia Opportunity III LP
* Says it will issue 2.8 million shares through private
placement
to Star Asia Opportunity III LP, at the price of 230 yen per
share, to raise 644 million yen in total, with payment date on
Nov. 12
* Says Star Asia Opportunity III LP will acquire 2.4 million
shares of the company from current shareholder of the company
* Says Star Asia Opportunity III LP will hold 32 percent
stake in
the company after the new share issue and share acquisition, and
will become top shareholder of the company, effective Nov. 12
