Transaction in Own Shares

 

 

Pollen Street Group Limited ("Pollen Street Group" or the "Company") announces
it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 1 pence each
through Investec Bank plc ("Investec") in the period from 19 May 2026 to 25
May 2026.

The table below contains detailed information about the purchases made as part
of the buyback programme which was announced by the Company on 5 November 2025
(the "Programme").

The Company intends to hold the purchased shares in Treasury.

 

Following the above transaction, the Company has 4,737,457 ordinary shares
held in treasury and 59,472,140 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury
shares). Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is
59,472,140. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's
Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

 

Individual Transactions

In accordance with Article 5(1)(b) of the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) No
596/2014 as it forms part of UK law, a full breakdown of the individual trades
made by Investec on behalf of the Company as part of the buyback programme is
attached to this announcement.
