    * Company reconstruction in PolyPlank ceases 
    * Remaining debt, amounting to 25 pct of those included in composition, shall be paid within 
6 mths from date when decision became final 
    * Composition implies that the company's unsecured debt is reduced by an amount of 5.0 
million Swedish crowns ($613,677.65), and that the entire company's convertible debt of 1.7 
million crowns is amortized
