    * Completes acquisition of Polyfiber AS 
    * Purchase price for Polyfiber is fixed amount of 0.6 million Norwegian crowns ($69,333) and 
variable amount of up to 0.6 million crowns, depending on result for 2017

    * Signs via Polyfiber exclusive agreement for Nordic countries with German composite
