    * Says proposes new share issue 
    * Will offer units consisting of seven shares and three warrants with preferential rights 
for the company's shareholders 
    * Subscription price 7 Swedish crowns per unit, corresponding to 1 crown per share 
    * Will issue maximum of 8,593,165 shares
