    ** Stock posts its biggest intraday percentage gain since
Aug 12
    ** The diversified explorer secures a pre-payment/loan
facility of $20 million and signs offtake deal with metal
commodities trader Ocean Partners UK
    ** Says facility to fund the redevelopment of its Endeavor
silver, lead and zinc mine in New South Wales
    ** About 751,000 shares change hands, compared with the
30-day average volume of around 156,000
    ** Stock down 12.9% YTD, including session's move
