18.9% to A$0.22 
    ** Says it is in the final stages of acquiring a lead, zinc
& silver mine development project in Australia 
    ** Expects to issue 52 million new shares to the vendor as
consideration for deal 
    ** As of last close, POL down nearly 25% YTD
