** Shares of Australia's PolyNovo PNV.AX rise as much as 6.2% to A$1.28, their highest level since December-end

** Medtech co posts HY group sales of A$68.2 million ($45.60 million), up from A$59.9 million a year earlier

** Stock up 1% YTD after a 39.7% fall in 2025
