** Shares of Australia's PolyNovo PNV.AX gain 4.7% to A$1.23

** Stock gained 1.7% in the last session after having slumped near 8% on Tuesday when it ousted its CEO

** Stock is on-track to erase the 8% losses on Tuesday; top gainer on the benchmark index .AXJO

** PNV had lost 16% in the March 3 to March 7 week when The Australian reported about bullying allegations against its chair which were directed at the outgoing CEO

** Stock down 40% YTD
