** Shares of Polynovo  PNV.AX  rise as much as 8% to A$2.29,
set for their best day since Feb. 28 - if current gains hold 
    ** Stock hits highest level since April 9 
    ** Medical device maker says achieved record monthly revenue
of A$10.1 mln ($6.63 mln) (unaudited), up about 68.6% from last
year
    ** Stock had risen 28.1% this year, as of last close
