A$1.37, on track for their best day since June 7, if gains hold 
    ** The medical devices maker posts total sales of A$13.0 mln
for first two months of FY24, up 83.9% on prior year 
    ** Co posts sales of A$6.8 mln ($4.37 mln) for Aug, up
110.8% 
    ** Co's shares hit highest level since Sept 18 
    ** Polynovo stock down 39.6% YTD, as of last close
