** Co reports Q2 adj. profit of $5.17/share, beating analysts' estimates of $5.08/share - data compiled by LSEG

** Q2 revenue of $1.79 bln above expected $1.78 bln

** However, co trims annual adj. EPS forecast to be between $10.80-$11.30 from previous $11.10-$11.60

** Average rating of 14 analysts is a "buy", median PT at $321
