    ** Company beats expectations for Q2 profit and revenue,
helped by steady demand for its pool repair and maintenance
products
    ** Q2 adj profit of $4.98/shr was above LSEG est of
$4.90/shr
    ** Q2 net sales of $1.78 bln vs est $1.74 bln
    ** Including session's gains, stock down 12.1% YTD
