Wall Street's main indexes rose on Thursday, with the Nasdaq and the S&P
reversing early losses while the Dow and small-cap stocks outperformed, as
stronger-than-expected GDP data provided some relief after the previous
session's tech mauling.  .N 
    
    At 13:36 ET, the Dow Jones Industrial Average  .DJI  was up 1.01% at
40,255.22. The S&P 500  .SPX  was up 0.66% at 5,463.06 and the Nasdaq Composite
 .IXIC  was up 0.52% at 17,431.897.
