Appointment of Joint Corporate Broker

Porvair plc, the specialist filtration, laboratory and environmental
technology group, announces the appointment of Deutsche Numis as the Company's
Joint Corporate Broker with immediate effect.

Deutsche Numis will work alongside Peel Hunt LLP, the Company's existing
Corporate Broker, to support the Company's investor engagement and capital
markets activities.
