Director's Shareholding

The Company was notified on 22 September 2023 of the following purchase on 23
August 2023 by Ben Stocks of ordinary shares of 2 pence each ("Ordinary
Shares") in the Company pursuant to the Group's dividend reinvestment plan
("DRIP").
