** Shares of Arizona Lithium Ltd  AZL.AX  rise as much as
21.0% to A$0.075, set for their best day since Sept. 13
    ** Exploration co signs a definitive agreement to acquire
100% of Prairie Lithium Corporation, a lithium brine co in
Canada
    ** Shares hit the highest since Dec. 6
    ** Says acquisition will significantly increase co's lithium
resources 
    ** About 17.70 mln shares trade hand compared to 30-day
average trading volume of 7.29 mln shares 
    ** Stock down 41.0% YTD as of last close
