Australia's Predictive Discovery gets $1.38 billion takeover offer from Perseus Mining

Dec 3 (Reuters) - Australian miner Predictive Discovery PDI.AX said on Wednesday it had received an unsolicited takeover proposal from Perseus Mining PRU.AX to acquire all shares it does not already own, valuing the company at about A$2.1 billion ($1.38 billion).
