** Shares of gold explorer Predictive Discovery  PDI.AX 
rise as much as 11.3% to A$0.295, their highest since Oct 30
    ** Co receives commitments from China's Zijin Mining
 601899.SS  and Canada's Lundin family to raise total A$69.2 mln
($43.04 mln) 
    ** Lundin and Zijin will acquire 6.5% and 3.5% stake in co,
respectively, via placement
    ** Issue price of A$0.265 per share is the same as stock's
last closing price
    ** Stock top gainer on ASX All Ordinaries index  .AORD 
    ** As of last close, stock up 15.2% YTD
