Appointment of Corporate Adviser

Premier African Minerals Limited ("Premier" or the "Company"), is pleased to
announce that it has appointed VSA Capital Group plc ("VSA") as a corporate
adviser to assist the Company with progressing its strategic objectives and in
particular the corporate and financing options to develop the Company's
flagship Zulu Lithium and Tantalum Project ("Zulu") in Zimbabwe.
